Small Group Training

Exercising in a small group of 2 to 6 people is the fun, friendly and motivational way to get fit. Workout in a variety of formats including Strength Training with Weights and Bodyweight Exercises, Bums & Tums, Bootcamp, HIIT, Aerobics and Seated Exercise. Choose your favourite music, and I'll put together a playlist to make your group personal training session even more fun!  


Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness is a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the powerful benefits of water. In just a few aqua fitness personal training sessions you’ll achieve a huge change in your overall fitness. Also called water aerobics, a typical aqua fitness personal training sessions in your pool will involve all the exercises you would expect in a ‘dry’ class. The perfect way to keep fit during the summer!

At 55, I'm an older personal trainer originally from Tonbridge, Kent, UK and now based in Turre, Almeria. My passion for a career in all things fitness and nutrition arrived relatively late in my life, although I’ve been exercising my whole adult life.

I studied for my internationally recognised Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training at YMCAfit in London, one of the UK’s leading personal trainer educational providers. In addition, I have studied for a further qualification with YMCAfit; Exercise for Older Adults and Aqua Fitness with TQUK.

I am the author of How 2 Get Fit 4 Later Life, a fitness and nutrition guide for people aged 60 and above, and How 2 Go Vegan 4 Weight Loss, an introduction to veganism. Both books are available on Amazon.
